I really like your lines, they're very crisp and clear, you have good detail with the skin texture and in the dragons face especially. I love that the wings look like webbed hands, as if the dragon has an extra set of arms, that's how dragon wings should be, in my opinion. The arm and leg in the back of the picture feel a bit awkward to me without the same detail you put into the limbs at the front, but I don't think you necessarily need to change that, it's just a matter of opinion. I would suggest that you fill in the eye with at least some kind of indication of dimension, as it feels a tad flat to me.

I do really love the head, the design and the details, you're very talented and I admire your work.

I like some of work works you do have a certain style. The tip i have to give you is make the wings bigger. They don't look believeable, that is if the dragon has magic...then just ignore the tip.lol
